Campbell Laser Cutters Ltd was founded in 1999 by AJ Campbell, who started the business from scratch with a determination to build something that would provide for his family and deliver a service customers could rely on. More than 25 years later, the business remains proudly family-run, consistently earning excellent customer testimonials as the next generations of the Campbell family now work alongside AJ and our valued team.
Today, three generations of the Campbell family and a close-knit team of eight support the business. While the technology, machinery and industry have changed over the years, we have kept the same principles behind our business. We cut components for one-offs, prototypes, small batches and repeat production runs. By providing dependable laser cutting, we deliver accurate profiles, reliable lead times and a straightforward service from start to finish. Campbell Laser Cutters Ltd is a family-run business spanning three generations, supported by valued members of our wider team.
AJ Campbell – Founder and Director
AJ founded Campbell Laser Cutters Ltd, which he established in 1999. Self-taught in laser cutting, he built the business through hard work, determination and strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Today, the company he started continues as a close-knit family business, with his children and grandchildren working alongside him.
Dodge Campbell – Foreman
Dodge oversees daily workshop operations, coordinates the team, monitors production schedules, and ensures that every laser-cut component meets the required quality, accuracy, safety, and delivery standards.
Daisy Campbell – Office Administration
Daisy manages administrative duties, customer communications, documentation and day-to-day office organisation, which helps maintain efficient operations and ensures that she handles enquiries, orders and information professionally.
Billy Campbell – Quoting, CAD and Programming
Billy prepares accurate quotations, creates CAD drawings and develops machine programmes, ensuring that he translates customer requirements into precise, efficient and cost-effective laser cutting solutions.
Billyboy – Laser Operator
Billyboy operates laser-cutting machinery, monitors production and ensures components are cut accurately, efficiently and consistently while maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Clay Campbell – Laser Cutting Team
Clay supports the laser cutting team by assisting with production, material handling and component preparation, and helps ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently and on schedule.
Kato Read – Office Manager
Kato manages daily office operations, coordinates administrative activities and supports communication between customers and staff, helping maintain an organised, efficient and professional working environment.
Jane Dunn – Accounts
Jane manages financial administration, including invoicing, payments and account records, helping to ensure the company’s financial processes remain accurate, organised, efficient and professionally maintained.
