Cut parts made properly from the start
We handle laser cutting for one-off parts, prototype work, small batches and regular production runs, giving you a practical route from idea to finished component. Campbell Laser Cutters Ltd supports customers in Chatham, Kent and throughout the UK with experienced CAD and programming input, helping ensure drawings are prepared properly before production begins.
Our Mitsubishi 4.5 kW COâ‚‚ laser has a maximum bed size of 3000 mm x 1500 mm and provides precision cutting across a range of materials featured in our project gallery. We cut mild steel up to 15 mm and stainless steel up to 10 mm, aluminium up to 10 mm and brass up to 3 mm. We also cut selected MDF and plywood according to the requirements of the job.
We work from customer-supplied DXF and DWG files, which helps keep quoting and job preparation clear and efficient. If you do not yet have a suitable CAD file, we can discuss the job and, depending on the work involved and our current capacity, may be able to assist with drawing preparation in-house or refer you to a trusted local CAD company.

Your job does not have to start with a production-ready file for us to help. We review DXF and DWG drawings for laser cutting and prepare them for manufacture where needed. If you do not yet have a suitable CAD file, we can discuss the job and, depending on the work involved and our current capacity, assist with drawing preparation in-house.
When a project needs extra design input, we can also point you to a trusted local CAD company we know well. We keep that process straightforward for you in Chatham if you want fewer delays between enquiry and manufacture.
